Job Description
- Provide a professional operations & maintenance service to one of the Telecom operators
- providing L2 support on the CBS / IN / Billing, UVC & issues assigned or escalated in the MS Operations
- Take care of CBS routine tasks and changes required in the respective modules as per the rectifications and incidents.
- Work as per the SLAs and provide solutions.
- Provide detailed information for the problems solved and update the tools or the shift registers.
- Handle the Alarms generated in I2K tool
- On time generation of MIS reports on adhoc basis
- Technically support the resolving major incident. Perform Root Cause Analysis for frequently occurring issues and escalate & provide permanent fix.
- Review and assessment technical solution of major change and Evaluate impact of change from a solutions point of view
- Design technical solution, i.e. capacity monitoring, system maintenance solution to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency;
- Provide training to new members / system users and re-training to existing users on new functionalities
- Receive incidents related to Billing, charging through Functional Escalation and provide second and higher level support.
- Validating and maintaining the Known Error Database (KEDB) for Billing (not limited to charging, provisioning/ configuration and mediation Components).
- Should be aware of different modules in BSS CBS billing call flow and have experience in solving issues -
Job Requirements
Ready to work on urgent and on call basis during emergency ( including Holidays)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
- +3 years or more experiences in same field.
- Good knowledge of Oracle and Linux
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
